Aura Ben Shemen

In the heart of Israel, in a pastoral environment between Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, a secret is revealed: Aura Ben Shemen.

In this neighborhood, Aura will build 602 units in various sizes in 11 buildings ranging from 7 to 23 floors.

Phase A includes 8 buildings with expected occupancy in 2024.

Phase B includes 3 special boutique buildings, each with 9 floors.

The sophisticated urban design encompasses a new educational district with schools ranging from daycares to high school, complemented by a youth club, community center, sports hall, synagogue, mikveh, sitting areas, sports and play facilities, meticulously landscaped gardens featuring a designated dog park, leisure and recreation shops, and a sprawling 180-dunam park. The park boasts an ecological lake, an amphitheater, and a direct access to prominent industrial and employment hubs.

Project residents will enjoy fast and convenient access to major transportation routes – Highway 40 from the west, Highway 1 from the east, and Highway 443 from the north, as well as direct access to the Ben Shemen interchange and from there to Ben Gurion Airport, the Tel Aviv metropolis, and Highway 6.

Aura Ben Shemen is the result of a fruitful collaboration between two of the largest and most experienced architectural firms in the residential sector in Israel: Eyal Architects, headed by Architect Dany Eyal, and Giora Gur Architects. Both firms have extensive experience over the years in planning projects of all scales, from residential and public buildings to green construction and urban renewal, for leading institutions and construction companies.
